I.   The Skyland Shopping Center is located in the southeastern quadrant of Ward 7, in the Hillcrest community of ANC 7B02.  Check all that apply

II.      Initially, community supported, redevelopment plans for Skyland called for  more than 320,000 square feet of retail space and a combination of high quality, national brand retailers and neighborhood shops and restaurants.  In 2006 housing was included in the design of the project.  What is your design preference for Skyland’s redevelopment?  Check your answer

III.   The current project is proposed to include 420-470 units of housing.  Eighty percent of the housing units will be for sale and 30% of all housing will be subsidized as required by DC law.      Check your answers
